摘要： A quality assessment technique for physical education and digital hybrid learning application of mobile edge devices is presented to improve physical education and evaluation hybrid instruction. As a result, the primary goal of this study is to showcase the rapid gains of social internet of things (SIoT) materials for applications and to provide various challenges and opportunities for future cases with collaborative edge computing (CEC). This work creates the quality assessment indicator system of mixed physical and digital evaluation based on aim, index, the value of the index, and assessment standard. Collaborative edge computing and social internet of things in the classroom for research into the use of SIoT and its implementations in underdeveloped nations is strongly encouraged, according to the findings of this study by increasing 28.1% enhancement. The fuzzy extensive analysis methodology is employed to successfully achieve the hybrid physical training quality assessment and digital evaluation method.

摘要： The purpose is to better develop China's music industry, facilitate users' online music works queries, and encourage the development of excellent music works. The music recommendation system is analysed, and a new music recommendation system is constructed based on the combination of the hybrid Deep Learning (DL) Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) technologies. First, the principle of MEC is analysed. Then, the combination of Deep Learning Artificial Neural Network (DLANN) technology and MEC technology is discussed. Afterward, DLANN and MEC are fused to implement the music recommendation model, and the proposed model is evaluated through experiment. The results show that the combination of DLANN and MEC technologies can increase the DL efficiency of the computer, the storage capacity, and the overall efficiency of the servers. This proves the feasibility of the proposed music recommendation system. The user satisfaction of the proposed music recommendation system exceeds all mainstream music recommendation algorithms on the market. Thus, the research can provide a reference for the improvement of the music recommendation algorithm in the future and is of great significance. The proposed music recommendation system outperforms most of the current music recommendation systems on the market.

摘要： When deploying network nodes, there are many redundant nodes, low network coverage and high energy consumption of network nodes, the node deployment method of wireless sensor networks(WSN) based on mobile edge computing is studied. WSN nodes are divided into anchor nodes and unknown nodes. Taking the location information of anchor nodes as a reference, the specific location of unknown nodes is obtained by trilateral measurement. Minimizing the node distance error is taken as the objective function, and the cuckoo search algorithm is used to solve it to obtain the final location result of the node. The mobile edge computing method is used to design the node deployment method of WSN to complete the node deployment. Simulation results show that the number of redundant nodes in this method is 3, maximum network coverage is 89%, maximum energy consumption of network nodes is 34.3J.

摘要： - With the rapid development of mobile industrial applications and due to the limited coverage of static edge servers, traditional edge computing technology has great limitations in dynamic environmental applications. This paper proposes a deep reinforcement learning-based cloud-edge collaborative mobile computation offloading mechanism for satisfying the dynamic service requirements in industrial networks. Specifically, a three-layer network model of digital twins and a decentralized network of task resources are first constructed to handle the mobility of user terminals and the relevance of tasks. Then, based on the comprehensive consideration of mobility, associated tasks, computing resources and offloading decisions, an optimization problem is formulated to minimize the weighted sum of the execution delay and energy consumption of all tasks for all users. Additionally, a deep reinforcement learning-based cloud-edge collaborative mobile computation offloading (DRL-CCMCO) algorithm is proposed to solve this optimization problem. Based on the differences in each edge cloud, this algorithm sets the priority of the shared experience pool and selects the most effective experience samples to complete better learning and training. It also utilizes a distributed learning method to learn the probability of an approximate reward distribution and optimizes network parameters through cloud-edge collaboration to achieve faster optimal offloading decision. Finally, a large number of simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has the characteristics of fast convergence and high stability, and it can obtain the optimal offloading decision with the lowest total cost.

摘要： The proliferation of mobile devices has resulted in the tremendous development of edge computing. A common mechanism is that once the requests from the users are too complex to be afforded by a single service, then edge computing services ought to step in. Nevertheless, services on edge servers are most commonly resource-constrained and unstable. To this end, we propose a novel solution for the mobile service selection problem with edge and cloud computing. An extended grey wolf algorithm is presented;specifically, crossover operator and roulette wheel are applied in reproduction and selection operations. Comparative experiments are implemented between our approach and other nature-inspired algorithms to verify the effectiveness and efficiency, which demonstrate our method may find a solution with better QoS values.

摘要： Recently, the Healthcare Internet of Things (H-IoT) has been widely applied to alleviate the global challenge of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. However, security and limited energy capacity issues remain the two main factors that prevent the large-scale application of the H-IoT. Therefore, a permissioned blockchain and deep reinforcement learning (DRL)-empowered H-IoT system is presented in this research to address these two issues. The proposed H-IoT system can provide real-time security and energy-efficient healthcare services to control the propagation of the COVID-19 pandemic. To address the security issue, a permissioned blockchain method is adopted to guarantee the security of the proposed H-IoT system. As for handling the limited energy constraint, we employ the mobile edge computing (MEC) method to offload the computing tasks to alleviate the computational burden and energy consumption of the proposed H-IoT system. We also adopt an energy harvesting method to improve performance. In addition, a DRL method is employed to jointly optimize both the security and energy efficiency performance of the proposed system. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed solution can balance the requirements of security and energy efficiency issues and hence can better respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

摘要： Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USVs) generate a large amount of data that needs to be processed in real time when they work, but they are usually limited by computational and battery resources, so they need to offload their tasks to the edge for processing. However, when numerous USVs offload their tasks to the edge nodes, some offloaded tasks may be thrown due to queuing timeouts. Existing task offloading methods generally consider the latency or the overall system energy consumption caused by the collaborative processing at the edge and end layers, and do not consider the wasted energy when the tasks are thrown. Therefore, to address the above situation, this paper establishes a task offloading model to minimize long-term task latency and energy consumption by jointly considering the requirments of latency and energy-sensitive tasks and the overall load dynamics in the cloud, edge, and end layers. A deep reinforcement learning (DRL)-based Task Offloading with Cloud Edge Jointly Load Balance Optimization algorithm (TOLBO) is proposed to select the best edge server or cloud server for offloading. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the utilization of energy consumption of the cloud edge nodes compared with other algorithms. At the same time, it can significantly reduce the task throw rate, average latency, and energy consumption of end devices.

摘要： Mobile edge computing has been widely used in various IoT devices due to its excellent computing power and good interaction speed. Task offloading is the core of mobile edge computing. However, most of the existing task offloading strategies only focus on improving the unilateral performance of MEC, such as security, delay, and overhead. Therefore, focus on the security, delay and overhead of MEC, we propose a task offloading strategy based on differential privacy and reinforcement learning. This strategy optimizes the overhead required for the task offloading process while protecting user privacy. Specifically, before task offloading, differential privacy is used to interfere with the user's location information to avoid malicious edge servers from stealing user privacy. Then, on the basis of ensuring user privacy and security, combined with the resource environment of the MEC network, reinforcement learning is used to select appropriate edge servers for task offloading. Simulation results show that our scheme improves the performance of MEC in many aspects, especially in security and resource consumption. Compared with the typical privacy protection scheme, the security is improved by 7%, and the resource consumption is reduced by 9% compared with the typical task offloading strategy.

摘要： With the rapid development of mobile internet technology, mobile network data traffic presents an explosive growth trend. Especially, the proportion of mobile video business has become a large proportion in mobile internet business. Mobile video business is considered as a typical business in the 5G network, such as in online education. The growth of video traffic poses a great challenge to mobile network. In order to provide users with better quality of experience (QoE), it requires mobile network to provide higher data transmission rate and lower network delay. This paper adopts a combined optimization to minimize total cost and maximize QoE simultaneously. The optimization problem is solved by ant colony algorithm. The effectiveness is verified on experiment.

摘要： Since mobile devices typically have limited computation resources, offloading computation tasks to fog access points (F-APs) is a promising approach to support delay-sensitive and computation-intensive applications. This paper considers joint computation and communication resource allocation for multiuser multi-server systems, which aims to maximize the number of users being served and minimize the total energy consumption subject to delay tolerance constraints. The joint computation and communication resource allocation problem is solved optimally for both non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) and orthogonal multiple access (OMA) schemes. The joint user pairing and fog access point assignment problem for NOMA is proved to be NP-hard. For both NOMA and OMA, heuristic and optimal algorithms based on graph matching are designed. The optimal algorithms, though of high complexity, allow NOMA and OMA to be compared at their full potential and serve as benchmarks for evaluating the heuristic algorithms. Simulation results show that NOMA significantly outperforms OMA in terms of outage probability and energy consumption, especially for tight delay tolerance constraints and large computational tasks. Simulation results also demonstrate that our proposed NOMA and OMA schemes significantly outperform the swap-enabled matching algorithm widely used in the literature.
